Order Processing Times

Fulfillment begins as soon as your order is placed to reduce overproduction and waste.
Typical processing times:

  • Apparel: 2–5 business days

  • Mugs, tumblers, ornaments: 2–5 business days

  • Stickers and paper goods: 1–3 business days​

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Rate: $6.95 per order

  • Free shipping on orders over $75​

​

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Rate: $12.95 per order

  • Free shipping on orders over $120

Delivery times may vary due to customs or regional carrier processes.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates typically begin appearing within 24 hours after your order ships. These updates come directly from the carrier and may take longer if the package is handed off between carriers—especially internationally.

 

You can always view the latest status on your Orders page or through your confirmation email link.

Address Issues & Delivery Problems

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Changes may not be possible once production starts.

If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us—we’re happy to help troubleshoot

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.

We can replace or refund items that arrive:

​

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • With printing or manufacturing defects​

​

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

All apparel in our store is made on demand to reduce waste and support more intentional production. Because each item is created especially for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for size adjustments.

 

To ensure the perfect fit, please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
