These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the ZENVoy website, digital content, community spaces, and the free ZENVoy Community Membership offered by LiveWell ZENVoy LLC (“ZENVoy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or participating in the Community Membership, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the Platform

ZENVoy is a wellness-oriented, sober-friendly lifestyle and travel community that provides educational content, wellness inspiration, access to the Mindful Merch shop, mindful living resources, and updates about future offerings. Community Membership is a complimentary, introductory tier that does not provide paid membership privileges, travel-booking access, or exclusive benefits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the ZENVoy website or join the Community Membership. By participating, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Community Membership

The Community Membership provides general access to newsletters, wellness content, updates, and limited online community features. It is not a travel club membership and does not include:

​

  • Booking privileges

  • Member-only discounts or partner rates

  • Priority access to travel inventory

  • Paid-tier services

  • Exclusive programming or travel benefits

  • Referral Program

​Future paid tiers will launch separately and include their own independent terms.\

4. User Conduct

ZENVoy is a supportive, sober-friendly environment. You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit harmful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content

  •  Share misleading, inappropriate, or promotional/spam material

  • Misuse ZENVoy’s website, platform features, or community interactions

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute ZENVoy content without written permission

  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer platform systems

  • ZENVoy may remove community access for violations at its discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZENVoy website—including text, graphics, videos, branding, logos, articles, and digital materials—is owned by LiveWell ZENVoy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or repurpose ZENVoy content without permission.

6. Third-Party Vendors & External Links

Our website may reference outside partners, wellness contributors, vendors, events, or resources. ZENVoy does not control or guarantee third-party services, and use of such resources is at your discretion.

 

The Community Membership does not create any financial, contractual, or booking relationship between you and any third-party provider.

7. Wellness & Travel Disclaimers

All ZENVoy content is for informational and inspirational purposes only. Nothing on the website or within the Community Membership constitutes:

​

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health diagnosis or treatment

  • Legal, financial, or professional guidance

  • Guarantees of any travel availability or future offerings

  • Always consult a qualified professional regarding personal wellness or health decisions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZENVoy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses related to third-party vendors

  • Website outages, errors, or interruptions

  • User actions or misuse of the Platform

  • Personal decisions related to wellness, sobriety, or travel

 

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

9. Privacy & Communications

Your participation in the Community Membership is subject to ZENVoy’s Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to receive communications about:

  • Community updates

  • Early announcements

  • Product and launch information

 

You may unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so may limit your ability to participate in Community features.

 

10. Termination of Access

ZENVoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or Community Membership for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior

  • Misuse of content or materials

  • Technical, legal, or security reasons

  • Platform changes or discontinuation of the Community tier

 

ZENVoy also reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Platform without notice.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

ZENVoy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the website or Community Membership constitutes acceptance of updates.

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are expressly waived.
