Program mechanics

Membership commissions: Annual $199 → 25% one-time ($49.75) OR Monthly $19 → 20% recurring ($3.80/mo).

Comp-Ticket Bonuses

• 5 confirmed paid signups → 1 comp ticket
• 10 → 2 comp tickets
• 25 → 5 comp tickets
• 50 → 12 comp tickets + VIP status

Comps issued after a 30-day refund/chargeback hold, cover registration only (no travel/hotel), are transferable by default, and expire 60 days after issuance. Comps are additive with cash unless you select a swap option.

Payouts & rules

• 30-day refund/chargeback hold before commissions or comps are finalized.
• Monthly payouts (net of refunds), paid once balance ≥ $50.
• Payment methods supported: ACH / PayPal / Stripe Connect.
• FTC disclosure required in all public posts (e.g., “#ad”).

Tracking & tech

1. You get a unique promo code and a unique referral link.
2. Checkout records coupon + ticket type (member vs non-member) and ties the order to your affiliate ID.
3. Primary attribution = coupon-confirmed sale; referral link cookie (30d) used as fallback.

Recommended platforms: PartnerStack, Refersion, Tapfiliate, FirstPromoter, or built-in ecommerce affiliate modules. Choose based on expected volume & budget.

Onboarding flow

1. Complete Affiliate Sign-up Form (collect handles, audience size, payout pref, tax form).
2. Ops auto-approves Starter; Premium may require quick verification (media kit).
3. Receive promo code, referral link, media kit, and dashboard access.
4. Promote → track conversions → payouts after refund hold.

Fraud controls & policies

• No self-referrals — payouts blocked if purchaser email == affiliate email.
• Flag and review if >50% conversions from one IP in 24h or if abnormal spikes occur.
• Manual review for >25 signups/day or >50 comps in a cycle; admin may claw back commissions on refunds.
• W-9/W-8BEN required before first payout; U.S. reporting for >$600/year.
