Prize/Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The ZENVoy Wellness Travel Club Promotions (“Promotions”) are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of LiveWell ZENVoy LLC (“ZENVoy”) or its fulfillment partners, including Global Connections, Inc. (GCI), are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase or Membership Required

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win any Promotion. Signing up for the ZENVoy Waiting List does not obligate you to become a member, and membership is not required to participate, qualify, or win. Joining the waitlist simply ensures that you receive updates, launch announcements, and eligibility for future ZENVoy promotional drawings.

How to Enter

Entry requirements and deadlines for each Promotion will be stated in the corresponding announcement or campaign (e.g., website, social media, or email).
Participants may enter by:

• Joining the official ZENVoy Waiting List,

• Completing a ZENVoy promotional entry form, or

• Using a designated promo code (such as “SHATTERPROOF”) during an active campaign.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion unless otherwise specified. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Types of Prizes

Prizes offered through ZENVoy Promotions may include, but are not limited to:

• Free Vacation Weeks or Resort Stays – Complimentary accommodations provided by ZENVoy and/or its travel partners. Blackout dates, taxes, and additional fees may apply. Expiration dates may also apply to redemption periods or booking windows.

• Travel Vouchers or Credits – Digital or physical vouchers applied toward ZENVoy-booked stays, retreats, or travel experiences. All vouchers will specify an expiration date and must be redeemed by that date to remain valid.

• ZENVoy Memberships – Complimentary or discounted access to select ZENVoy Wellness Travel Club membership tiers, benefits, or experiences. Memberships granted as prizes may have a fixed term or expiration date, as defined in the specific promotion.

• Wellness Retreat Experiences – Exclusive participation in curated retreats or wellness journeys hosted by ZENVoy or partner organizations.

• ZENVoy Merchandise – Branded apparel, wellness items, or accessories.

All prizes are awarded “as is” and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. ZENVoy reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received by the closing date of the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, ZENVoy reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All decisions by ZENVoy are final and binding.

Prize Fulfillment

Vacation stays, travel vouchers, memberships, and retreat prizes must be booked or redeemed through ZENVoy’s official travel and membership platforms. Specific booking instructions, eligible dates, and property details will be provided to winners.

Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not explicitly included in the prize description, including (but not limited to) transportation, meals, resort fees, taxes, and incidentals.
Failure to comply with booking instructions, redeem by the stated expiration date, or appear for scheduled travel may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant LiveWell ZENVoy LLC the right to use their name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, and statements for promotional or marketing purposes in any media format without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Taxes and Reporting

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. ZENVoy may issue a Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax document reflecting the fair market value of the prize as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

LiveWell ZENVoy LLC, its affiliates, partners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for:

• Technical errors, data loss, or failed entries;

• Delays, cancellations, or substitutions by third-party travel providers;

• Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in a Promotion or acceptance/use of a prize.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless ZENVoy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize use.

General Conditions

ZENVoy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity. Entries that do not comply with these Terms or are generated by automated means will be disqualified.

Disputes

All Promotions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Promotions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Virginia.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any ZENVoy Wellness Travel Club Promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Prize Terms & Conditions.
